I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Dana Louis on a  recent home sale in West Sacramento.  I would like to express my  gratitude for all her help in the process from beginning to end.  The  home had numerous issues to address, but Dana's greatest skills are her  positive attitude, "can-do" spirit and professionalism.  In today's  challenging times with an uncertain pandemic future, she guided me  through the multiple steps all the way to a perfect conclusion.   The personal touches Dana added to the home in providing some "staging"  pieces greatly improved the overall atmosphere of the home and within  the first weekend, we had multiple offers over the list price. Dana is a true reflection of a real estate professional with the  knowledge and contacts needed to get the job done right.  I would  definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Dana went over and beyond to prepare, stage, and market my home  for sale. During the midst of COVID-19, she was able to find the right  buyer, manage all the transactional components, and was very responsive  to multiple inquiries as well, and closed the deal successfully – all  while managing to the precautions placed upon her industry and our  state/county for COVID-19 protections.  With so many homes for sale in my area, she proactively marketed my home  to make sure it was continually presented to fellow realtors and  potential homebuyers at all times. I was very impressed with her  approach at branding my home for a top dollar purchase price.  She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept me  apprised about showing appointments and what I needed to do to prepare  for them. She was honest and forthright- no games. With so many people  involved in selling a home, Dana elegantly orchestrated each interaction  to ensure timelines were met and the sale stayed on track.  If ever again I am in need for an agent, Dana is the one I will use and  recommend over and over!

Dana has made the whole process of buying/selling a home as easy as it gets.  Our last experience with another realtor was awful.  We hated him and couldn't wait to be done with him.  So to go into it this time and have it be so simple has been amazing.  The way we are doing things is a little complicated, I cannot help I found the home I really want and wasn't willing to lose it, but it is all being taken care of and Dana goes way above to help me get the contractors, painters, and even installing hot water heater straps and smoke detectors for me! I never would have expected that at all, but I am so grateful for all she does.  I feel lucky, as I just happened to know Dana because she volunteers for Recycled Pets NorCal (a rescue I started) but I should have known her giving spirit would mean this was going to be amazing.  Purchase is almost done, then time to sell two homes and buy another (and with her I can do it with minimal stress!). Couldn't imagine a better Realtor!
